Jackson Harmon

CFI

Jackson Harmon is from Franklin, Tennessee, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Professional Pilot from Middle Tennessee State University. His training background includes experience in both Part 61 and Part 141 flight schools, giving him exposure to a variety of training environments and instructional approaches. Jackson is also tailwheel endorsed and especially enjoys the hands-on flying and skill development that comes with tailwheel aircraft. He is passionate about aviation because it offers the opportunity to learn something new every day and continually grow as a pilot. At East Aviation, Jackson brings a professional, adaptable, and student-focused approach to flight instruction. His experience in both Part 61 and Part 141 environments allows him to connect with students from a variety of training backgrounds and learning styles. He values patience, consistency, and helping students build both skill and confidence in the cockpit. Jackson embraces East Aviation’s mission of stewardship, professionalism, and paying it forward by investing in the development of the next generation of aviators. When he is not flying, Jackson enjoys spending time with friends and family, relaxing on the lake, and watching football.
